Here’s a World Vision video about Haiti that my friend Albert created. He graciously used a song I originally made for the Wong Fu Productions short film “Set Free.” Check out the video and remember to do something to help out.

[From my friend Ben.] Free download from Amazon.com of a Philip Glass sampler album.
Haven’t downloaded it yet, but will do so later tonight. Learn more about Mr. Glass, “considered one of the most influential composers of the late 20th century.”

Merry Christmas! 聖誕快樂!
Dec 25
Hi friends,
Merry Christmas from Taiwan!!!
Since I don’t want you to walk away from this blog post empty-handed, here’s how you can get a $4 Amazon.com Video on Demand (VoD) credit for free! (Source: www.mymoneyblog.com)
At Amazon’s Video on Demand store, click on any movie (such as Julie & Julia or (500) Days of Summer), then click on the link below the preview that says, “Have a promotion code? Redeem a gift card or promotion code.” Then, enter the code AVODGIFT. Then you’ll have $4 to use towards Amazon.com VoD. (Credit expires Jan. 2, 2010.)
Got it?
Wishing you and your family and friends all the best.

whoa, I accidentally pressed F11 and Firefox became fullscreen
On Monday, I watched the following video of Imogen Heap performing “First Train Home” live and solo on Letterman. In her lap, she has a device that, at first glance, I thought was a Novation Launchpad (the consensus is that it is a Monome).
Two days ago I bought Imogen Heap’s latest album, Ellipse. The opening track, “First Train Home,” is my favorite song so far.
A month ago, I saw this somewhat mind-boggling video that introduced the Novation Launchpad:
Hope y’all had great Thanksgivings! My friend forwarded me this video of a solo piano performance of “Untitled #5.” Oh yeah!!!
(Btw, I got permission from the pianist to share this with you guys. (c: )
“Use code MP34FREE and get $3 to use toward anything at Amazon MP3.”
You can apply the code now, then buy or browse for music later. That’s what I just did. (c:
